The show was perfect. The sound mix was flawless. Sarah has a beautiful voice, The song selection was amazing. And of course Arlo is the master entertainer. His voice and playing were outstanding. A very soulful evening of music and stories.

We have seen Arlo at least 10 times and he never disappoints. He and his family had a great show and the song selection was a nice way to hear Guthrie family songs.

An “Okay” concert. Glad each of the songs were relatively short in length. I only recognized about 3-4 of the songs performed, unfortunately.

Arlo Guthery doesn’t use laser lights or a big band for his show. Instead, the simplicity and purity and genuineness of Arlo himself is the thrill of his performance. Arlo’s raspy voice gives the audience wonderful songs and great storries, and turns the evening into a huge love fest. And Arlo’s daughter also gives a great performance and privides a clear beautiful voice that is a counter balance to that of her father. The loving feelings from the evening lasted for many days after the show.

As always, Arlo Guthrie was OUTSTANDING. His timeless messages, along with his father’s, are a wonderful reminder of how we should all be leading our lives. Arlo’s daughter, Sarah Lee has the classic Guthrie voice and delivery and is a wonderful songwriter in her own right. Abe, Arlo’s son, although much less of a stand-out is superb in his accompaniment and backup. The entire concert was an absolute delight with an outstanding mix of classic “Alice’s Restaurant”, “City of New Orleans”, and “This Land is Your Land”, complete with exquisite storytelling, and several of Sarah Lee’s newer songs. I can’t get enough.
