    George,
You still put on a Fantastic show! We loved it. You played all of the classic songs we came to hear. Thank you.
It is so nice at a concert when you go off on guitar riffs that just can not be on an LP.
You have been part of the sound trak of my life. Thank you very much.
Your Lighting Designer gets Kudo’s too. Very nice work make the show visually fun to watch.

At 67 yrs old and 35 years since his last performance at the venue George Therogood rocked the St. George theater in Staten Island NYC Friday 6-9-17. George sounded great and the theater was beautiful, comfortable seating with attentive staff. Truly a hidden gem in S.I.

Long live rock and roll , 38 special came out and did a great job, and then George took the stage to show why he headlined !

A fantastic show. 38 special was absolutely amazing. After all these years to sound as good as they do. The keyboard player carries the high registers for songs. The guitarist is incredible. Then for the main event. George was just superb. The light show was descent. The main thing? Good old, bluesy, rock a billy, rock and roll.

George Thorogood came onstage and was entertaining from start to finish. He was playful with the audience, voice is still strong and music was great. We were standing the entire show.

Absolutely unbelievable show! G.T. jammed like crazy. With that great grin on his face, it was obvious that he was enjoying playing as much as the audience was enjoying listening. Surprised that his guitars survived the show, he worked them soooooo hard. Loved every minute of it. Would be a bargain at five times the price. Love you George! Come back soon.

George Thorogood rocked the pants off everyone that walked through the event centers doors. He absolutely blew our minds with how well he can still jam! His performance was one I’ll never forget and hope to see him if not one more time, many more times before his career is over. Once a Rockstar…ALWAYS a Rockstar. I highly recommend that you take the opportunity to see him and his band, you will not be disappointed!

If you are looking for some old school rock and roll, grab your dancing shoes and catch George Thorogood and The Destroyers. He and the band play many of his older stuff, add in some classics, banter with the crowd and seem to be having a great time. They played about 90 minutes and left me wanting even more.

Sounded like he never aged. Voice very strong, energy awesome, danced to all his songs and he played a mean guitar. Been wanting to see him for yrs., and the way he performed was like he never aged. Awesome!

George played a long time; he played all the hits we wanted to hear; he made them personal; and he knew his audience and that he was in Lexington,KY. He was full of energy and interacted with the crowd. I was not really a typical fan, but went because of the venue, and wow, I was very pleasantly surprised and so glad I went! My husband is a musician and he appreciated it ….. my son (20) even enjoyed it and he’s a rap guy. So, it was very much enjoyed by 60-somethings and a 20-something.

Best concert I’ve attended in many, many years!!! George and the boys rocked the house from beginning to the end…!!! The Trop is also perfect for a concert. Nice and small, every seat is great, and you don’t have to deal with the idiots you find at large venues like MSG or any sports stadium.

The seating arrangement was Poor in my opinion. They should stagger the chars so that everyone can seer the performer, instead of watching the Jumbo trons….
However George was GREAT as always!

That was my first time at the Carolina Theater. I liked the size. Not a bad seat in the place. The opening act was really awesome. Of course George was rockin! He played all of the greats. Only complaint was the light show. When the lights shined straight out, it was blinding. Other than that, great show!

George was great. Security did a poor job. They were more concerned about people using flash and video on their phones than the intoxicated people standing in the isle hampering our view. My friends and I paid good money for tickets just to have people continually butt into the isle and take pictures. One lady was so drunk she tried to balance a full cup of alcohol in her head. Guess what happened? Crashed to the floor and hit us. Was she escorted out, no. This was a huge turn off.

George Thorogood is a rock and roll showman who know how to work his crowd. He and the Destroyers are a tight knit band that smoked through their boogie/blues set with enthusiasm and skill. Highly recommended!

Only the third time we have seen him, show was great from beginning to end. Wish he had spent more time our side (left) of the stage! Venue needs more room for standing/dancing at either side. Perhaps a GA section?

Great sound, variety and stage performance. Venue discouraged dancing in aisles, and more interaction. Saw him at the Paramount and that was a more fun show.
