The sound is terrible at this place. I could literally hear the people talk next to me in conversation the whole time. Also would it hurt to put a video screen or two of the show on each side for those seats that have partial views due to the band gear or upper levels

Let me tell you, Sameer is a freaking queen. I am reborn. I am alive again.

I loved Young the Giant’s first album and was looking forward to the show. Unfortunately they were a very average live band. The songs off the new album all sounded the same. There was a noticeable lack of energy in the performance and even the rendition of Cough Syrup seemed very monotonous. I’ve seen several hundreds of live shows in my career and I think this was the only one I left half way in. Dailys Place is a great venue but compared to the Tedeschi Trucks show the sound quality was also very poor adding to the overall experience, but I attribute this the the sound engineer guys. Simply put the concert was very disappointing.
